Sourdough Torpedo Rolls

Our sourdough starter just celebrated its 4-month birthday, which makes it old enough to get to work in our kitchen.
First up, sourdough torpedo rolls. Use one for a hotdog, a sub sandwich, or a spaghetti sandwich (popular among our crew of grown-up kiddos). The sourdough gives these torpedo rolls a nice structure, soft texture, and a great taste. Each roll is lightly topped with sesame seeds.
Just like all of our gluten-free breads .... if you plan to use them within 2-days, keep them on the counter. Otherwise, refrigerate or freeze until you are read to use them with a required warm up in an oven, on a grill, or in a pan.
Available at our market stand on Tuesday and Thursday. $10 for a pack of 4.
